Henry Leung joined the Company in 2007 and was admitted as a member of the HKICPA in 2011. He was promoted to Associate Director of the Audit & Assurance Department on 1 October 2019. He has extensive experience in audits of companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and private companies. His clients are of different variety of industries including property investment and real estate development, hotel and gaming operation, film production and distribution, advertising and media operation, and manufacturing. In addition to audit and assurance, he has also been involved in various special assignments including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance reviews, forensic and fraud investigation.
