Jack joined HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng in 2007. He has extensive experience in audit of companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. His clients include variety of industries, namely motor vehicles accessories and services business, medicines, manufacturing, properties investment and agricultural products. He is also engaged in various special assignments including initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Jack served as a Member of the Corporate Finance Advisory Panel (2021) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves as a Committee Member of the Small and Medium Practices Committee (2021 – Present) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
