Mr. Andrew Shek joined the Company in 2003. He has extensive experience in auditing both in private and listed clients operating in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and the United States. His clients include a variety of industries, namely manufacture, mining, information technology, property investment, agriculture, casino games of chance and non-profit making organisations. He specialises in engagements involving PRC client companies and is also actively engaged in special assignments in relation to initial public offerings (IPO), mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence and internal control reviews.

Mr. Andrew Shek served as a Committee Member of the Greater Bay Area Committee (2020 – 2021) and a Member of the Qualification and Examinations Board (2021) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Andrew Shek is the Committee Member of the 9th and 10th CPPCC Fujian Sanming City Committee (中国人民政治协商会议褔建省三明市第九届委员及第十届常务委员), the Vice President of Fujian Sanming Overseas Friendship Association (福建省三明市海外联谊会), the Council Member of HK Fujian Community Organisations Ltd. (香港褔建社团联会) and the Vice President of Institute of Accountants Exchange (青年会计师发展交流协会副会长).
